The Digital TREASURES Platform comprises the website and the mobile website version.
The TREASURES website and the mobile website version are jointly referred to hereinafter as the “Platform”.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform.
The Platform is the property of LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª with headquarters in Rua do Arsenal nrº 15 in Lisbon, Portugal, Telephone 210312800, Fax 210312819, Email info@lismarketing.pt, Fiscal number - 505 077 132.
On using the Platform, users undertake to comply with the following Terms and Conditions and any changes to the same. You should access this Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to ensure you are familiar with any amendments. If you are in doubt in relation to these Terms and Conditions, you may contact us here. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorised to use the Platform and should exit immediately.
Intellectual property rights
The entire text and image content of the Platform is published with protection of copyright, except text and image content which is already protected by third-party copyright.
The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª respects third-party intellectual property rights and requests all users of the Platform do likewise.
The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª reserves the right to file for legal action against the authors of any copy, reproduction or other unauthorised use of the content of the Platform.
Use of the Platform
Lismarketing authorises the content of the Platform to be viewed and printed in accordance with the following conditions: (i) the content of the Platform may not be altered, (ii) removing or altering any notice of copyright, brand names or intellectual or industrial property rights featuring in the content of the Platform is prohibited, and (iii) as is the creation, exhibition, reproduction or distribution of work in relation to the content of the Platform.
Users of the Platform declare and guarantee that they will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and that they will not disrespect or breach the rights of any other party or fail to comply with any legal agreement or obligation with regard to other parties, or break any applicable law in force. Users of the Platform specifically agree to indemnify Lismarketing for any third-party liability incurred, directly or indirectly, arising from their use of the Platform failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Users of the Platform guarantee to be of least 18 years of age and to possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use the Platform in compliance with all these Terms and Conditions.
Other requirements may exist for the use of certain functions of the Platform besides being 18 years of age or older.
Registration in the colloquium is used through a third party (3cket.com). We advise you to be aware of the third party’s terms & conditions and privacy rules.
The Lisbon Tourism Association – Visitors and Convention Bureau (ATL) shall under no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for the information and content placed on the Platform by users which might in any way harm or compromise third parties. Moreover, the Lisbon Tourism Association – Visitors and Convention Bureau (ATL) will immediately remove all information and content placed on the Platform by users which might raised doubt with regard whether it is harmful or damaging to third parties.
Furthermore, Lismarketing shall not be held liable for any information and content on third-party websites to which the Platform redirects its users via direct or indirect links. The existence of a direct or indirect link to a third-party website neither means nor implies that Lismarketing subscribes to or approves the information and content contained in the same, or is in any way bound to the same.
The use of the Platform is entirely free of charge, however it provides the opportunity to make purchases in the interest of and for the convenience of the users, Purchases are made via direct links to third-party sites. When using direct links the purchases are made directly on the third-party site and not on the Lismarketing platform. This is not a contractual payment by the user, and serves only as the entity which provides the technical link to the third-party site. The user is entirely and exclusively liable for becoming familiar with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of third-party websites, in particular, contractual purchasing terms and conditions. On concluding a purchase on a third-party website, an agreement is entered into between the user and the website, whereby no such agreement is entered into between the user and LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª. Third-party suppliers of goods or service providers, besides the colloquium, are independent business entities and are not associated with LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª, which, as such, cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the user in relation to the goods supplied or services provided. The user is required to take the care to gather the appropriate information on the purchase in question. LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª shall under no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for the goods and services supplied and provided by such third parties.
The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª is only liable for the sale of the goods and/or services supplied and provided in its name and on its behalf.
Users of the Platform declare to LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª from any charge, cost, expense, loss, damage or liability it might incur in any way in relation to the goods and services supplied and provided by such third parties.
The prices are specified in Euros and always include the applicable VAT, for both resident Portuguese taxpayers and taxpayers residing outside Portugal. The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª does not guarantee the infallibility of the information provide to users of the Platform with regard to prices and the availability of goods and services supplied and provided by third parties, due to the fact the updating of this information is not conducted in real time due to technical reasons.
The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª reserves the right to cancel the registration of any user who breaches these Terms and Conditions, at any time, with no prior warning and without providing any justification, without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings which might take place.
The LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª is not liable for any technical issues affecting the Platform, the causes of which are beyond the scope of intervention and responsibility of LISMARKETING Informação, Equipamentos e Produtos do Turismo de Lisboa, Unipessoal-Ldª, and does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and the information and data, any may implement technical maintenance whenever it deems necessary.
TREASURES international colloquium terms and conditions
Before registering in the Treasures international colloquium, through the third-party link in this platform, it is important for you to read and understand the rules and guidelines of the event.
These are important rules and guidelines for the comfort and safety of all participants at the event. By registering and buying the TREASURES colloquium ticket you are accepting the event's terms and conditions, which may cover various aspects, from entry and exit procedures to appropriate behaviour during the event.
1. Operating costs plus VAT at the applicable rate will be added to the total value of the transaction.
2. Keep the ticket safe. The electronic ticket is personal and non-transferable, so any misuse is the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Duplication or resale of the electronic ticket is forbidden and prevents free access to the venue, for which the organisation is not responsible.
4. It is the Customer's responsibility to always confirm, before purchasing, the date and the program of the event. It is the customer sole responsibility the selection of the correct ticket/program. The organization may refuse any change.
5. The Electronic Ticket is valid upon presentation of identification, if requested by the venue staff.
6. The event organization reserves the right of admission, meaning they have the authority to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with the established rules and guidelines or who may pose a threat to the safety and comfort of participants. This includes to refuse the entry of any person, even with valid ticket, with an inappropriate or aggressive behaviour or even with signs of intoxication.
7. In order to enter the premises, it is mandatory to complete the security procedure at the entrance, i.e. to pass through the metal detector and x-ray portal.
8. Dangerous or potentially dangerous items, i.e. firearms, bladed weapons, sharp or cutting objects, aerosols, pyrotechnic or flammable materials, corrosive liquids are prohibited on the premises.
9. Items such as alcohol purchased outside the venue, drugs, illicit substances are not allowed at the event to ensure the safety of all participants.
10. Except in extraordinary circumstances approved by the event staff, bulky items must be placed in the lockers available at the venue.
11. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the event. Therefore, it is advisable to take care of your personal belongings.
12. To ensure safety and avoid issues, it is recommended to use the lockers to store personal belongings while you enjoy the event.
13. Animals are not allowed on the premises, except guide or assistance dogs.
14. No food and/or drink is allowed on the premises.
15. It is strictly prohibited to engage in or tolerate any form of discrimination, violence, or harassment during the event. If you are a victim or witness of such behaviours, you should report them to event security or the event organization team.
16. It is important for all participants to show respect and tolerance towards all individuals involved in the event, regardless of their origin, beliefs, or individual characteristics.
17. Participants must obey the local laws in force in Portugal during the event. This includes the prohibition of illegal activities such as vandalism or the use of illicit substances.
18. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
19. Photography or video with flash is not permitted inside the exhibition.
20. Image or sound recording of any program of the event is forbidden.
21. It is forbidden to make any commercial activity in the premisses or inside the event.
22. The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information purposes only, and its use is at the sole risk of the user.
23. The tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
24. The program of the event may change due to unforeseen circumstances and third party responsibility, for which the organization will not be financially or in any other way responsible.
25. In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure the organization assumes no responsibility and will do no refunds.
26. Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, please be informed that your entry to the venue and participation in the event implies your express consent and authorization for the capture, reproduction, distribution, and publication of your image, including for promotional, advertising, and/or commercial purposes, and through any medium, including electronic means. Participants grant the rights over their own image, resulting from their presence at the event, for the creation of audiovisual materials in any type of medium (including electronic means) and for its use, exploitation, and dissemination by any technical reproduction procedure or image and sound exploitation system. This transfer is made free of charge and without any temporal or territorial limitation, in favour of the promoter, and in favour of the media and press authorized at the event.
27. In emergency or evacuation situations, it is important to follow all instructions provided by the event staff and security team to ensure everyone's safety.

29. By purchasing the Treasures international colloquium ticket you accept all the above conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply equally to the website and mobile website version comprising the digital TREASURES platform.
